This programme equips you with the confidence to lead your organisation and supports your transition into a leader capable of solving complex challenges through the delivery of business-wide strategies that create value and build resilience.
With opportunities to learn from peers and reflect on your own leadership style, the programme acts as a springboard to maximise your potential and become a more impactful and influential leader.
Through this programme, you will:
- Develop your understanding of leading strategic concepts and frameworks, with practical tools ready to apply within your organisation to drive high-impact, value-led outcomes
- Strengthen your ability to lead in an ever-changing landscape by refining your leadership style and creating a focused personal development plan

Module one – Introduction and online coaching
Online (approx. 8 hours to complete)
Begin your journey towards becoming a more impactful leader with carefully crafted psychometric tests to understand your leadership style. Meet your peers who will have experience from diverse sectors and industries and learn how they navigate organisational challenges.
You will also meet your coach, who will be with you throughout the programme as you develop key areas for development that will see you increase your organisational impact.
Module two – Business leadership today
Face-to-face (5 days residential)
Learn the reality of leadership at a senior level, and how you utilise a suite of tools and frameworks that are designed to help you increase your organisational influence, including at the board level.
Discover how to effectively communicate strategies that filter down each level of your organisation as you closely align organisational actions to business strategy.
Module three – Developing future thinking and realising personal capability
Face-to-face (5 days residential)
Learn how to plan for the future and lead with no ego. Increase your understanding of leadership and what it means to prepare an organisation for the future. You will also identify a strategic project that creates value for your organisation.
Six-month progress review day
Â鶹ÊÓƵ (one day)
Implement what you have learned throughout the programme and reflect on the progress that you have made in your leadership journey.
- Review the progress you have made over the last six months and the impact it’s had on you and your organisation,
- Join your peers and faculty to review the key outcomes and learnings from your action plans,
- Set new targets with your coach, which are ready to implement and review at your next review.
12-month continuing development review day
Online (2/3 hours)
To consolidate your development, you return for a 12-month review to reflect on the last 12 months and the programme's long-term impact on you and your organisation.
Reflect on the progress that you have made on your personal journey and outline the next steps in your transition to becoming an impactful and influential leader.
