Since joining Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2021, Mel has provided high-level executive and operational support to senior leadership, drawing on more than 25 years of administrative and management experience. Her career spans higher education, private healthcare and local government, where she has developed expertise in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, project coordination and the management of complex administrative operations. Mel is passionate about delivering efficient, professional support and fostering strong collaborative relationships across organisations.
